Why do residents in Downtown Sarasota buy property if they have an unwillingness to close their patio doors and windows if the music on the streets are too loud? I'm curious if other towns experience similar issues. If I keep my windows open in the suburbs than I hear kids playing and in many cases they are very loud.

I also prefer to keep my windows open, not just to hear vibrancy during the day and at night, but also to let the beautiful weather we have in FL into my condo. We are blessed to live in such a paradise. The city and what is has to offer, including the night life, are why I moved to Downtown Sarasota.
