I believe practice makes perfect. Customer Development and Lean Startup can only be experienced through application. It's a bliss to see people incorporating the thinking into their process over an 3 days workshop.

Why I work at Lean? Definitely the chance to collaborate with an intelligent, action-oriented, and inspiring team ... every single day. The opportunity to teach lean processes to large organizations, such as News Corp, and seeing them implement and innovate, is pretty incredible to see unfold.

The people. To be able to further the science of entrepreneurship with such an amazing and talented group of people makes it all worth it. Side by side, we're making an profound imprint on the world. Together.

When you enjoy what you do, it doesn't feel like work.

I get to travel around the world meeting new people. I get to work in NYC with the finest team around. I get to teach, and I get to learn. I get to show entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs a different (I believe better) way of solving the world's problems and building business. I am immersed in the international startup ecosystem. I help people save time, stress, and money. I challenge people. People challenge me. We all learn, and improve and make the world better. I could not think of working anywhere else.
