A bit of a listlicle, a bit treacly, but worth a browse (even for the under-25s on this list): what would you tell the 25-year-old you?
Stacy you said, "Note to 25-year-old self: easy on the melodrama."
Laughed out loud to that one. I could use that advice myself. Rereading my own journal entries often makes me cringe, but I still believe that journaling is important for many reason (Julia Cameron agrees in this great book juliacameronlive.com )
so I continue to do it anyways.
As I am 24, I'll rephrase the question to "What would you tell your 20-year-old-self?"
- don't focus on who enjoys spending time with you; rather, focus on who you enjoy spending time with
- draw, draw, draw
- try not to compare yourself to others. no good will come of that
