Will he see DOMA effectively overturned? Immigration reform? Economy recovered? Iran attacked?
From Obama's victory speech ( blogs.wsj.com , youtube.com ):
"And in the coming weeks and months, I am looking forward to reaching out and working with leaders of both parties to meet the challenges we can only solve together. Reducing our deficit. Reforming our tax code. Fixing our immigration system. Freeing ourselves from foreign oil. We’ve got more work to do."
From the WSJ ( online.wsj.com ):
"Mr. Obama laid out a model of public investment in alternative energy and education, along with tax increases on wealthier families to help cut deficits. He has also voiced plans to pursue a revamp of U.S. immigration laws."

I agree that he will probably work on immigration reform. It is a problem that will have to be addressed one way or the other.
He will probably accomplish some environmental/ alternative energy measures.
I think that there will be some talks over the Israel- Palestine disputes.
Women's "rights" are a big deal apparently and we are likely to see him pursuing these issues a bit further.
Raise taxes on the rich.
He is likely to reduce our arms control.
