It is now abundantly clear that the UFL is all but dead. All of us were there in 2010 when things seemed to be going smoothly.
I can recall the opening weeks now.
The first sellout in Omaha, strong crowds in Hartford and Sacramento, a Virginia franchise working through a naming contest (the Tritons should have won!) and we almost named Portland team #7.
What lessons can future efforts learn from the UFL? Beyond making sure that you are capitalized as that is an obvious one at this point.
