I've seen a ton of great ideas in my stream in the last hour or two that range from donating your hotel room to Sandy refugees to spending the weekend on the LES walking stairs (How many stairs = a marathon?) to deliver food/water to the elderly.
Ask to join if you have solid suggestions for how Marathoners stranded in NYC can help with Sandy relief AND links, contact information, or resources so people who see this can follow up.

I figured it was better to create a separate Branch for this.
I think that the sponsors and mainly the main-sponsor (the Dutch ING Bank) should put all the not used sponsor money in a fund for the victims of Sandy.

Furthermore, does anyone knows a way for me as Dutch person to donate? Since iTunes has no Dutch donation this time. (preferably a IBAN and BIC number, as that makes it more easy for accountancy and tax)
