I have trouble trying to pick one, but I think I one of my favorites was the moment when we realized Abed really was trying to make a movie to explain how his world seemed to him. The whole episode it just looked like he was playing the part of a director, but in the end there was a lot of meaning in what he was doing. I just always thought that was a great moment for the show early on.

The best moment of Community is, for me, the end credits. Troy and Abed are such funny characters and the little glimpses into how they entertain themselves are brilliant. These have gone a little too far in later episodes (especially with the dreamatorium), but still generally remain the highlight.

Or, of course, any moment when Annie is on the screen.
