What would be quintessential features of the perfect phone as of Nov 2012

These are the specs I would be looking at

4.7" 720p SLCD2 display (1080p would be way too much)
Great ergonomical industrial design with Gorilla glass
Replaceable battery of 3000mAh

microsd slot, microusb /hdmi ports
Wifi,nfc,bluetooth 4.0
Less than 140g
Supports all 2G,3G, LTE networks
8 MP with flash with burst shot, panorama etc
1080p video , 2mp front camera
Quad core 15+ghz
2gb ram
Sensors:Accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer
FM radio, plays all major audio, video formats,
volume rocker, sleep/power button, camera button

Android 4.2 / Win 8 phone OS ur choice. Even better if it can be interchangeable.
Is that it ? It almost seems like a GS3 or Ativ S.
Am i being unimaginative? Or have we hit a plateau?

I'm looking at a phone that has the above specs in a Lumia 920 build with 12mp carl zeiss lens.

That would be nice. A carl zeiss lens 12 MP camera with OIS. The reviews say low light performance is great. If it has other aspects as good as a iPhone or an S3. Should be good to go.

The build quality should be like a Nokia Lumia 920 but weigh much less.

Should this branch be renamed - 'A Perfect Phone's Hardware' ?

I did mention the OS, didnt I ? Either Android 4.2 or Win 8 phone, Ideally switchable. Cos both are 3 button OS's :)
And what else is left in the Perfect Phone.

Now, isnt hardware the most important bit considering we cant have a random new OS with non existent app eco system?

Would disagree that Win 8 or Android 4.2 have matured enough to be called a perfect OS. Though Win 8 has better potential in my view, if it can bring the kind of open-ness we are used seeing on a PC.
