This video actually changed how I look at things and you now can see examples of it in real life. There's an American chain restaurant called Chipotle and the very first thing you see on their menu before order is "Food with Integrity" and them describing why they do what they do and then you move to how you actually make what your making and you finally end up with what you wanted, a burrito, tacos, etc.
The example of Chipotle is actually really great. Two points specifically:
1. I believe the message that you are reading as a customer is first and foremost sent out to their own employees; to the team that makes Chipotle, its culture and its food what it is. It is the story that keeps it all together and continues to deliver value.
The take-away for me is that the Story at the core of a company will decide whether an entrepreneurial undertaking (no matter what size) will succeed or not.
2. That is why you can see that Chipotle's stock price has done immensely well.
