Yeah, or simply change the outcomes on two of the major WWII battles, I know thee was a carrier battle with Japan's Navy that, had we lost would have never been undone. I'm sure there is the same with Germany.
But both countries felt their race was superior and they those ideologies would have clashed at some point. And I doubt neither would back down. At that point, they've acquired enough or forced enough military to grow to a point where neither could really ever lose.
Society might LOOK the same, but they way people live is radically changed especially if you're a chosen race. I mean, imagine the things a person would force you do if they didn't think you were human?
Then you have a group that actually believes in human equality.
Not entirely relevant, but I worked on an interesting theatre piece set in an alternate UK shortly after the end of WWII where Germany had won. It's a handy way to explore just which parts of a society are malleable and what hangs on regardless of overwhelming situations.
