I've got 20+ years of PR experience (corp and agency) and no longer know how to define what I do. And that's a good thing. I'm constantly doing a fluid dance between media relations, content generation, business development, customer support, community building, marketing strategy, etc. It's like if you took every character from The West Wing and blended them into one role (minus Jed).
