I like how this has suggestions of foods to eat, as well (tier 1 & 2). It's difficult to make a reasonable diet plan when all I find are lists of things I *shouldn't* eat.

I've tried some batshit crazy diet plans, with little success. The Insanity nutrition guide had a thing called Michi's Ladder on the last page, and I think it's pretty legit. Super simple, try to eat from tier 1 and tier 2. Tiers 3-5 get worse progressively.
It's not revolutionary, but it's a simple framework that has made me more conscious of what I'm stuffing in my face hole.
