I'm trying to start that QA company some of you heard about from Twitter. In the planning stages. Mostly positive feedback from people about it too which is reassuring. I think Jason is onboard with me as well. Some questions for you guys:

1. What are some features or services you'd want?

2. What the hell should it be called?

Before you get into the naming of the app, I'm curious if you've got some details on: who the target customer of the company would be?

Also, if you had a 1 paragraph pitch that described the company, what you do, and who you want to do business with that might really help us.

I also wanted to remind you that while the discussion is restricted, the branch is still public.

Has anything come of this idea yet?

Yeah, I've talked about it over email with Jason. Elevator pitch:

[NAME] is a human, 1 on 1 QA service. Setup a project and a QA engineer will QA your app and provide feedback in a feed with screenshots, screencasts, as well as accessibility and UX issues and concerns.

Hit list of "features":

1. You get the same QA person for each QA session on a project
2. Each session has a feed with screenshots, screencasts, etc.
3. At the end of a session you get a bug list which you can check off and they'll verify fixes.
4. The feed is realtime, so use it to chat with your QA eng during work hours.

That's "1.0" list. I have ideas for automation too, but that'd be a 1.5-2.0 thing.
