As an adjunct instructor, I have never had a mandatory public safety training on lock-downs or school emergencies. I have been teaching for 9 years, in two different universities. Adjuncts don't parade the halls or buildings as full-time staff and may be less familiar with the infrastructure of the buildings; but none-the-less, we play a vital role in the educational process. Can anyone shed some light on this. Are there any other instructors out there that feel the same way?
