People are talking on twitter or facebook, new ideas are forming, spreading, growing, diverging and converging. Along with good inspiring ideas, practitioners join together to do certain practices, and then form social circles and knowledge domains. When a newcomer joins the formed community, they need a leading guide for their new journey, and the practitioners condense their ideas into a "scaffold" for the newcomers to climb. Several "scaffolds" had existed for several thousands of years and even more, they might be well-formed already; but in general, the "scaffolds" are alive, and are leading us on the road of our everyday life.

Nowadays, the aggregation of knowledge or the linking between practitioners are quite easy, these are emerging. But the invention of a new "language" (I mean vocabularies for a problem-solving) is still relative hard; the learning processes are also not replaceable in the development of a person.

What I want to share in this conversation is a theory framework on how to amplify collective intelligence. The theory right now are not finished yet, but we have several ideas as a good start points. And I want to conduct an open research on this topic because of its essential nature.
