Hi Wenwu, thanks for adding me. First of all, excuse my grammar english is not my native lenguage nor my actual first. Said that, right now im constructing a short opinnion.
I think in a few words i think that economy now adays depends on two basic premise´s
1| capacity to change ( how quik and dinamic is ur politic).
2| capacity to see the future( don´t think of this like a joke, i mean the capacity of predict the new( hmm gosh i can´t find the expression in english) trendings.

Well, I think KK's rules can show us the inherent laws of the NEW ECONOMY itself; while you tell us not to forget the variable external environment.

As to the 2nd point of yours, I'm not sure whom you are talking about: the individual or the economists?

When i said "politics" i did´n mean the politics in fact but the hmmm long term plans of the country or factory or whatever.. hmm do you see what i mean?
HMm let me put it this way, when u have an company first u stablish the company vision. Ok what is the vision of a company? The politics the company will follow when its operating. So the politic of a company is a decisive rule, it is not the same a conservative company than a flexible one, that can move and adapt in question of weeks, when a conservative one need motnsh or even years...
Nowadays 1 year is a death sentence in question of a liquid economy , a global economy. =p
