That's very close! I saw the Joyride JQuery plugin you sent (JQuery-based would be great). It's wonderful - may just be using it as it's really only missing the highlighting feature of the Tenxer version.
Finding Joyride was key as it introduced me to the accepted name of the feature: 'tour' which lead to duckduckgo.com and ultimately jquery4u.com - Thanks for your help!
