Most of the time during the interview process I've been reluctant to ask a lot of questions about the company I'm interviewing with, generally happy to have the opportunity. Sticking with that kind of approach I'm not sure what or if I'm missing out on anything. Likewise, I'm not sure if it has any effect on negotiating a position with a company if I'm interested in joining them.
In your opinion, what are the most important questions to ask when interviewing with a startup?
