Any decoration / furniture ideas for the new office?
Maybe aerial pictures or maps of each of our hometowns, or a world map with color-coded thumbtacks to mark everywhere we've been?

are we hiring an interior guy? or we have a friend who is one? would be worth the investment in the long term. not even for aesthetics, but for setting up a good work environment via layout of space, colors used, etc.
related, i think one person should be in charge of the furnishing — problem with having a lot of people picking random stuff is in the end, no matter how good the individual pieces are, it may look like a mess in the end. whether thats an external consultant or one of us tbd i suppose
