A1: I see the new female archetype creating a shift away from the men's club& glass ceiling we've all experienced in the past, where ideas and thoughts were fine yet had to closely align with male perspectives. Today we are showing that female leaders bring creativity and strength to the convo. We enjoy being part of a community, and lead the way through a more collaborative learning model

A1 Are the distinctions of feminine and masculine to simple surely there are many nuances. Must do more thinking.

A2: I admire so many women, it would be difficult to list all. My Twitter friends: Angela Dunn, Melissa Cole, Janice McCallum, Regina Holliday.....

A3: We are nurturing by nature, and embrace networking. We share ideas, strengths, leading practices. We collaborate naturally.

A1 - I see women social entrepreneurs (women who through social business, charities, associations, have a positif impact on people and planet) having a massive influence on the next economic trends. Whilst lots of them have been practising in the shadows, they are going to be more visible and spread a way of doing business that is aligned with ethical objectives. A2: We are really fond of women who are delivering and implementing ideas, and influence people, over sector, across cultures, people like Dr Rachel Armstrong, Dr Angela Davis, Dr Louise van Rhyn, women who shift mountains, and the others who influence at micro level, and still make waves. A6, there is something going on with hyperlocal icommunities and initiatives around clean energy, to reduce dependency, and find a sense of connectedness with the assets that we have at hand naturally. In this area, I particularly like the work by Donna Morton and team at First Power, in Vancouver, Canada, with First Nations communities: thenextwomen.com

A4, i am pleasantly surprised by the power of social media, when it is managed well, but i can see it works when people are keen ans skilled in establishing meaningful relationships, give take, and pass on resources. It's not a given, some are great at it. I always rate people who also act upon ideas. A great community on Facebook for instance where women are playing a great role along fab men), is the Socap group (for Social Capital) facebook.com . A very healthy exchange of ideas and concrete actions.

A4 I love that this dialogue is happening. Kudos to Angela! My life's work is about empowering The Creative... With that, I am a firm believer that the Feminine (The Creative as I call it) is in ALL things - including male and female persons. Men and Women have the capacity to *allow, *embrace, *intuit, use their *feeling sense... these are all feminine ways. The Feminine shares knowledge in conversation... We "go with" social evolving we see emerging... We connect dots... We share spirited moments... We recognize inspiration... We collaborate. We *feel information, as opposed to only thinking it... Men do these also! We just need to *honor that this is VERY valuable, and encourage more.. seek and garner QUALitative data in biz assessments!

Wanted to stress the word "Archetype" which applies both for men and women. It's not a women's centered issue!

A1: I see many capable women co-creating shift in biz & world with other people. Men, too. I may be blind to archetypes. #ideachat

A1: I think this is very likely. From my own personal experiences, women leaders have a greater tendency to bring a "level-headed" and empathetic approach to many things they do.

One thing is preventing this archetype to permeate into corporate strategies: the unbalance.

Making the distinction between women's bodies (more easily determined) and the feminine archetype (harder to know definitively) seems really important. Let's step far away from large shoulder pad 80s women who had to pretend to be men to get into power.

A6: I actually think they are many of the same ideas that men are trying to lead today as well. They're just doing it with a different perspective - thereby often doing it more effectively.
