The first two that come to mind would be, 1) let me export my content at any time and easily remove my account and 2) let me export contact information for any user I was connected to through explicit or implicit actions.
I really like the way that Flickr treats data ownership.
3) Let me opt-out of the public sharing of my data. 4) If I allow you to use my data, include an attribution line in your executions.
