I have lots of technical skills and lots of hosting options for websites but still looking for the idea that will generate advert income. I've got one working nicely now generating a small amount per month but I'm pretty sure from talking to people there are better ideas than I have - but maybe you've not got the technical bits to make it happen.

My idea is to team up - I'll do the site and all the tech stuff, you have the idea - we'll work together to make it just right and share the income using an open book between us.

This could be bigger and a few of us here have the idea and we share it between several.

Its best we don't constrain the ideas by the technology - personally I'm from an Oracle Apps background putting in large multinational systems; I've worked with big companies such as Oracle, Nike, DHL and used lots of different languages, databases etc. In my own time I've developed websites for not for profits, fund raising and helped friends get their business off the ground. I've also done lots of google adwords and adsense work around advertising. In a nutshell, lots of things to help make others business/money.

So I've the ability to bring robust scalable solutions to the web. I'm hoping between us theres a project we can make something useful and generate revenue..

OK, that's very helpful - you're not a wordpress plugin king, but can build serious systems.

I've a mate who's working on a second screen, shopping concept. It really needs the kind of heavy lifting that clearly you can do. I'll check & see where he's up to on building the right infrastructure.
