Well, Hi ermolay. First i would like to say my english is nearly neandertal haha. I´m kidding but is not my native lenguage =P.
Said this lets chit-chat.

I think the work place depends of your work, what i mean is that if u are a marketing employee u sould have an office according to your image. No one is going to invest on some geek guy wearing a flip flop in his house bedroom. Do you see where i´m going?
Atlough i think more offices sholud have a more firnedly enviroment, a home like one. So the employees would feel more comfortable, then they should work more efficiently or at least more happy.. And at the end , that is more important tant everything.
