After much teasing, the prototypes seem finally ready to hit the mainstream. Initially, it's probably unlikely to translate into flexible phones, but it should cause a huge increase in durability. Most tech companies seem to be working on them "LG, Philips, Sharp, Sony and Nokia among them - although reports suggest that South Korean phone manufacturer Samsung will be the first to deliver."
