To get us started: For fashion professionals like yourselves, Fashion Week is all about work, not play. Do you find it galling that many view Fashion Week as a party rather than serious business?

When you only sleep for 4 hours a night, it has to be viewed as a business...I wish it was just a party, but its serious business over here!...

It's allbusiness - I loathe being plied with alcohol at shows and parties when I want to be 100% alert to see every stitch of clothing. Sober styling all week!

Unfortunately Im almost always sober.... :) Unless you consider coconut water boozing it up... I dont really drink...

Ive seen people literally almost sit on top of people in the front row, I know you want to see the show but maybe an "excuse me" or "can I sit here?"....

Hard to say but I do see way more laptops these days in the front row, you never used to see that...

Sometimes a little degradation can make things so much more fun! The great @DVDianaVreeland once said "Too much good taste can be boring."

And please don't blame the bloggers! All my girls from @_IFB #IFBCON are bettered mannered then some of fashions most famous! #DON'TBLAMEBLOGGERS !

I think bloggers are great but the front row should be reserved for people who have put in their time, like Cathy Horyn. You can't be a fashion expert at age 15.

The bloggers are the most polite - the jaded (no names needed) editors are the people who act like they walk on Chanel misted air. Bloggers are the best!

I can't concentrate on the clothes when I see a young child front row. I want to do a #MommyIntervention and grab that kid and go! NOT HEALTHY IN MY FASHION BIBLE!

Are you kidding me? Im the biggest foodie of them all ! and juicer! We should all get crazy and have a @OranicAvenue party!! so yes, well all eat... but not in the front row!!

KIds should be front row at a cartoon, not at Proenza Schouler - also a 3 year old doesn't need to see a pair of exposed boobies!

I am over people using iPads as cameras in the front row. Buy a Canon. iPads? I can't see the shoes! Or the hair - or even the clothes!

Are any of you guilty of having stolen a front row seat at a show in the early days? Were you a lapsitter?

I think I might of sat on Andre Leon Talley's lap when I first started in fashion! I remember how kind he was to pull me into my first big fashion show @ToddOldham! #MyFashionIcon

I am more scared about people stealing my seat - I am not good at confrontation so get a great PR person to toss the seat thieves out of the front row.

Also, PR people live to toss out seat crashers - just find someone with one of those FBO looking headsets and get them to do the dirty work: they will love it.

@peoplesrev is the best at making sure everyone has their proper seat. Kelly is a queen in fashion PR for a reason.

In fact, @People'sRev Kelly could kick people out of a seat like no other!

Speaking of the important role the PR people play as gatekeepers, what do we think about partycrashing? Is it gauche, or the only way to fly? (As Blair Waldorf said on Gossip Girl: "The most important parties to attend are the ones you're not invited to.")

there are a select few that can get away with it... but not everyone..
