I am of the belief that the services provided by existing healthcare providers are insufficient. What online and offline product feedback would you provide to your healthcare provider?

The complexity kills me.

Take my medical card, for example. What's a GRP? "No election required" for PCP. RX Bin? Three different support numbers on the back of the card... insane!

I just moved back to New York. What if I want to find a doctor? Or a dentist? Where do I even start? No idea...
