Nothing about this article surprises me, though the amount of money EA has apparently thrown away is pretty high.

I just can't imagine what systemic failures in management are causing this to happen (again!). I mean seriously, they pulled the plug twice, at the last possible minute. That is so, so, so, so costly from every angle.
