I've been trying to learn some new programming languages and I've recently found out that the most human-friendly programming language(object-oriented) is python. However, while learning this new language, the only defect is that while their updates keep coming up, their coding languages also changes. I don't know if its because of the softwares I've been using or if its because of that language.
If you know any other USEFUL language which is better than python, Please do tell me about it? Meanwhile I'll let you know if python gets better than what it is now (still learning the language).

Please do share your views on Ruby Yu-Shan Fung, I was considering to learn that as soon as I'm done with python. Apart from this, what are the prerequisites need for app-making?

I wouldn't recommending learning Python AND Ruby. Pick one -- they are comparable in difficulty to learn and what they're good for. Python is slightly more general-purpose (eg mathematical programming); Ruby (+Rails) is slightly better for developing web applications and backends for mobile applications. Beyond that it's mostly a matter of personal taste (I find Ruby easier to read and more enjoyable to program in, and the syntax more consistent).

If you have more time, I'd suggest spending it on learning Javascript and mobile development.
