I do think maybe 99% of the people claiming they can communicate with the dead are frauds but, is there slightly a chance that this is possible?

I tend to believe only what is (or can be) scientifically proven. Communicating with the dead is quite a far-fetched reality. Of course, if and when science can prove this can be done, then I'd probably believe it. What about you?

I read about people who are brain-dead having new memories after they somehow wake up which is scientifically not probable (ie; Pam Reynolds case). So many people resuscitated after cardiac arrest also claim nde (near death experiences). When it comes to talking to dead people, I can't be sure if someone has such a technique, skill or whatever it is.

It's certainly a fascinating idea to be able to talk to the dead. Of course, that would require a belief in the after-life, first and foremost. And that is something that I view with a lot of skepticism, being that the existence of an after-life is yet to be scientifically proven.
