I saw this post on reddit earlier and it was clearly a hot topic so I thought I'd bring the discussion here.
If a restaurant closes at 10pm, should that be the time customers should be finished by, or the last time a customer should be able to enter.
Personally I find it really annoying if staff have already finished cleaning and putting everything away by the time I enter a restaurant. I think closing time should mark the last time a customer can enter an establishment, and that the owners should ensure that shifts cover workers to stay after closing to then perform the cleaning etc.
