Is it good that Instagram decides to make a Web Profile that is resemble with Facebook Timeline? Personally, I like it, but I think they should go farther by creating a new UI design. What do you think?

Facebook owns Instagram, and they probably used the same engine. Whatever it means, I think it's clear that Facebook is making it clear to everyone that Instagram *is* Facebook and you shouldn't distinguish between the two.

There's no point calling them differently while they really are the the same thing. It's ambiguous IMO but in the real world they call it marketing.

Yup, agree. They are the same company and making the same presentation is much better and more friendly to users. I think I was just looking for ground breaking UI stuff from the same people who make photography easy and sociable on mobile phones.
