Dear marketing/biz consulting friends, if you were to design an investment fund based on what you've learned over the years and your point of view on what makes a successful company, what measurable attributes would you consider?
I'll get this started. I'd include companies that have a higher % of media going to digital vehicles. I'd rate companies based on the speed of their social customer service reps. I'd invest more in companies with a lower media age of management employees (not sure if you can actually source this though).
