I see the Internet these days as a massive collection of ways to share information. Some ways integrate well with my life, others are add-ons, or even poor proxies, for real life. For example, the music I listen to. The Internet can be a container for my listening history and people can follow it. But this doesn't enhance my experience of listening to music. It doesn't replace those great music conversations IRL. For me, it's more of a distraction (burden) than a benefit.
So here's the question: Where does the Internet complement your life vs. impose on it? Where do you sense a dividing line?
