After nearly four years since the last redesign BBC tv (bbc.in) have launched with a focus on being responsive, adaptive and available on a multitude of devices — bbc.in.
Ensuring users can access content anytime and anywhere that is convenient for them makes sense in the ever growing mobile/tablet world. Yet, is being responsive enough for users? Is it not just expected? Is there more?
What about triage, the balance between serendipity and personalized content, focused content et al. If responsive designs tackles the problem of accessing content, what steps are being taken to ensure content is worthwhile for the user to experience not just find?
