That would make our music sharing so much easier, won't it? (ok, maybe not 'so' much, but I think we all had this idea for a while). So yeah, this is me: bandcamp.com

I think for standard fans, i.e. not people like us who get loads of music free, then it's a great thing but I agree with Sander, for me it's a little pointless although it may encourage me to use Bandcamp to buy more. When I do use BC it tends to be for streaming & that doesn't get picked up yet.
I still think it's a big step in the right direction. BC has always been a great resource for bands, now they've added this social element I think it could be a huge step.
Dave - yeah, invite only at the moment & only seems to be if you've bought a fair bit on BC already. I think it'll go public soon though.
I just think, even if we're only streaming, it's great to have an option to go to a collection of artists that we know we follow in terms of their music and developments and not to have to type 'bandname bandcamp' into google every time :) and once the social aspect is up and running (as in: not invite only), we can follow each other and get inspired by other's libraries. And yes, it didn't add a lot of my stuff because I was buying from 2 different email accounts of downloading free copies with codes etc, but you can always add those artists manually to your collection. So yeah, I'm kinda happy about this :)
