So I'm thinking about our fledgling Advent Youth group. Have you ideas about outings, events, projects for them in the coming months? My vision is for them to be "learning" in church school (R and I teach their class), "living" in community w/ each other (and w/ you guys and others from the Advent family) through monthly outings, and "serving" the city/world through regular service projects and a short-term mission somewhere in the coming year.

What say you?

One thing I think is important is for the "grown-ups" who are going to help w/ the youth group to meet periodically to pray, hang out, brainstorm, etc. The Woodhouse is a good venue for stuff like that.
