Oh, in that case I don't think you have the right expectations for Heroku. I do agree that it isn't a replacement for something like WordPress. You can't go from 0 to website very easily with it.
However, if you have some amount of programming experience, it's not too bad to learn how to build a Rails app, and Heroku totally takes away all of the headaches of configuring a server.
In 67-272, a class which expects you to have 121-level [I don't know what this is in the new CS requirements] programming skills, they go from 0 to totally able to deploy an app to Heroku in a semester, which I think is awesome.
